I currently reside in Illinois as a budding photographer. I purchased my first DSLR in the summer of 2008 and have been photographing as much as I can. I grew up with a desire to always be outside and experience all nature has to offer. My goal is that my passion and love for nature and wilderness will translate into my photography. Im usually pretty quiet and self-reserved but something ignites in me when I am out in the wilderness. I enjoy photographing all types of nature and searching for those rare and fleeting moments. I love landscape and fauna but am strongly attracted to details in nature that many overlook. There is so much we can learn from the wilderness if we allow ourselves to slow down and absorb the beauty around us.
